How much will it cost to frame my picture?

There are many factors that affect the cost as it depends on the materials chosen and the complexity of the work, but if you email using the contact form, then I might be able to give a rough idea as to cost. I need a few details including the size of the item, width and height, and style of frame that you would like. You might want an elaborate or gilded frame for example, or simply the most economical option for presenting the work. Glazing type can often represent a significant part of the overall price.

How long will it take to frame my picture?

Turnaround time is usually two to three weeks, depending on the project(s). Fast track framing is occasionally available within 48 to 72 hours if the materials are in stock. There will be a surcharge however for this service.

What sort of glass do you use

A range of glazing options are available, from standard float glass to anti-reflective, 99% UV protective. Acrylic and styrene glazing might also be used. Factors to be considered are the value and size of the work being framed, where it is to hang, and what the available budget allows for.

Will my picture be ready to hang on the wall?

All frames are fitted with appropriate fixings for hanging. Smaller pictures can be fitted with stands.
